  1. General Overview
    2. Justa Grazin' provides handcrafted charcuterie boards, grazing tables, individual boxes, and mobile cart services throughout the Denver Metro area. By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

  2. Orders & Payments
    • Orders must be placed through our website or directly via email or phone.
    • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
    • Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged.
    • For custom boards, large events, or holiday orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to delivery or event date.


  3. Cancellations & Refunds
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before your scheduled delivery or event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposits).
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of your event are non-refundable due to preparation and perishable product costs.
    • In rare cases where Justa Grazin' must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, illness, emergencies), a full refund or reschedule will be offered.


  4. Food Allergies & Dietary Requests
    5. While we do our best to accommodate food allergies and preferences, we are not a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen. Products may come into contact with allergens during preparation. Customers are responsible for notifying guests of potential allergens.

  5. Delivery & Setup
    • Delivery is available within the Denver Metro area; fees may apply based on location.
    • The customer is responsible for providing safe access and adequate setup space for deliveries or mobile cart services.
    • Once delivery or setup is complete, Justa Grazin' is not responsible for the condition of products left unattended.


  6. Event Bookings
    • The Charcuterie Cart and Frozen Cocktail/Mocktail Cart rentals require advance booking.
    • Client must ensure electrical access (if required) and a level surface for setup.
    • Alcohol is not provided by Justa Grazin'; clients must supply and serve any alcoholic beverages in accordance with local laws.


  7. Product Substitutions
    8. To maintain freshness and quality, some ingredients may be substituted based on seasonal availability. Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value.

  8. Liability
    9. Justa Grazin' is not responsible for illness, injury, or damages resulting from consumption of our products after delivery or setup. Once items are delivered or served, handling and storage become the customer's responsibility.
